Prices are in Euro (€) per day and per apartment excluding local tax. In winter we only rent 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
The local tax is € 2,20 per person/day (> 15 years)
Final cleaning per flat € 60,- to € 90,-
Arrival is possible from 14.00 hrs. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 9.00 a.m. in order to be able to hand over a clean flat to the next guests.
For short stays up to 3 nights, a short stay surcharge of 10.00% will be applied.
Dogs are possible on request or early clarification. Dog surcharge € 15,- to 20,- per day (without food).

Only cash payment is possible in our Villa Romantica. We ask you to take this into account!
Vacuum cleaning and/or rubbish removal if required. Towel change on request.
